HELP US UNDERSTAND YOUR GROW
When emailing Help@supremeseedco.co, please tell us as much as you can about your plants and growing environment.
1. Tell Us Whether You’re Growing Indoors or Outdoors
Please clearly state:
INDOOR GROW or OUTDOOR GROW
For indoor grows, describe the setup and growing environment.
For outdoor grows, tell us about the general growing conditions and recent weather affecting the plants.
2. Include Your Genetics Information
Tell us everything you know about the genetics being grown, including, when available:
- Strain or cultivar name
- Breeder or seed company
- Feminized, regular, or autoflower genetics
- Approximate age of the plant
- Current stage of development
- Any other information supplied with the genetics
If the seeds came from Supreme Seed Co, tell us which Supreme Seed Co genetics you are growing.
If they came from another source, that is completely fine. We still want to hear from you.
3. Describe the Current Climate and Environment
Environmental information can be extremely important when troubleshooting a plant.
Include any measurements you have available, such as:
- Current temperature
- Daytime and nighttime temperatures
- Relative humidity
- Recent outdoor weather conditions
- Significant temperature or humidity changes
- Airflow and ventilation information for indoor environments
- Growing medium
- Container size
- General lighting information for indoor grows
Don’t worry if you don’t have every measurement. Send us what you know.
4. Explain the Problem in Detail
Tell us exactly what is happening.
Explain when you first noticed the issue, what part of the plant appears affected, whether the problem is getting better or worse, and anything that changed shortly before the symptoms appeared.
Small details can matter.
For example, if you recently changed your watering routine, environment, growing medium, lighting, nutrient program, or moved the plant, include that information.
5. SEND PHOTOS — THEY CAN MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE
Please include clear photographs whenever possible.
Try to send:
- A photo of the entire plant
- Close-up photographs of the affected area
- Photos of affected leaves
- Photos of stems, flowers, soil, or growing medium when relevant
- A wider photograph showing the growing environment
Clear, well-lit photos taken from several angles can give us much more information than a description alone.
6. VIDEOS ARE WELCOME TOO
Sometimes a photograph doesn’t tell the entire story.
You are welcome to send videos of your plants and grow environment when they help demonstrate the problem.
Walk us through what you’re seeing. Show the affected plant, surrounding plants, growing environment, and anything else you believe could be relevant.

There is no grow-support fee.
There is no purchase required.
You do not have to be a Supreme Seed Co customer.
You don’t need to have purchased your genetics from us.
If you’re growing cannabis and run into a problem, we encourage you to reach out.
Why?
Because Supreme Seed Co wants to see growers succeed.
We want growers to learn more about their plants, recognize problems earlier, understand their genetics better, and work toward healthy, plentiful, high-yielding harvests.
Supporting growers also helps strengthen the growing community as a whole.
DON’T WAIT UNTIL A SMALL PROBLEM BECOMES A BIG ONE
Plants can change quickly. If something suddenly looks different or you’re concerned about what you’re seeing, reach out rather than simply guessing.
Even if you think the question is basic, ask it.
Even if you’re a first-time grower, ask it.
Even if you’ve been growing for years and have encountered something you’ve never seen before, ask it.
And even if you purchased your seeds somewhere else, you can still ask us.
